33.one. The get-togethers concur that the arbitration shall be retained confidential. The existence in the arbitration, the existence or information on the Assert, all documents and information offered or exchanged in connection with the arbitration, and any submissions, orders or awards manufactured while in the arbitration shall be retained priva
